Since the first PHYSOR conference in 1990, the conference has focused on reactor physics advancements and provided a platform showcase for pioneering concepts, methods, and products. As we leap forward to the future of nuclear technology, micro reactors, small modular reactors, advanced reactors, and high energy LWR fuel are at the forefront.
Plenary sessions included industry progress towards reactor deployment, the role of national laboratories in advanced reactor deployment, current and future needs for reactor physics experimental facilities.
In framework of Conference tours to the Explore the National Ignition Facility (NIF) at LLNL and Kairos Power Lab will be held.
