To 37th Commemoration of Chornobyl NPP Accident
The State Scientific and Technical Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety presented the exhibition display “Destroyed Borders: Radiation Survey in Kyiv Region” at the Ukrainian National Chornobyl Museum, dedicated to the 37th commemoration of the Chornobyl NPP accident. The exhibition will be open throughout the year, so those who want to visit it will have such an opportunity. The event “NOT a lecture: Radiation Threat of Wartime” was also held that day. Yuliia Balashevska, Head of SSTC NRS Emergency Preparedness and Radiation Monitoring Department, SURVEY Project Manager, presented general information on the project and results of radiation survey on the de-occupied Kyiv Region territories to the event participants.
