Sergiy Kostiuk resigned from the Head of the SAUEZM
On July 8, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dismissed Sergiy Kostiuk as the Head of the State Agency of Ukraine for Exclusion Zone Management. Until the appointment of a new chairman, his duties will be performed by Yevgen Kramarenko, Head of the Department of Architecture, Capital Construction, Property Management, Work on Investment Projects and Land Matters.
Kostiuk himself confirmed his dismissal and said that it was his initiative.
Sergiy Kostiuk has been in office since February 2021. Prior to him, this position had been occupied by acting Head Andriy Pliatsok and Head Sergiy Kalashnyk, who resigned on January 21, 2021.
We remind, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted in the first reading the bill which strengthens responsibility for violation of requirements of a mode of stay in an exclusion zone.
