My Chornobyl photo contest dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the accident

To mark the 35th anniversary of the Chornobyl disaster, the Chornobyl NPP invites everyone to take part in the My Chornobyl photo contest.

There are three nominations:

• “Place of action — Chornobyl” (photo from an industrial site or workplace).
• “Favorite city” (photo from Pripyat and / or Chornobyl).
• “In search of beauty” (photos of landscapes of the exclusion zone).

The number of works from one participant is limited — 1 photo for each of the nominations.

Applications with works will be accepted from March 22 to April 2, 2021. To participate, you must send an application and competition photos to e-mail v.kurochkin@chnpp.gov.ua. A sample application can be found at the link. The subject of the letter must be specified in the format “Application for photo contest_Surname”.

Voting for the photo of the participants on the official ChNPP Facebook page will take place from April 3 to 13. In parallel, the jury will vote for the best photo in each nomination.

The results of the competition will be announced on April 15.
