The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is organizing the Third International Conference on the Advances in Radiation Oncology (ICARO-3) on February 16-19, 2021

The event will take place online.

The conference will provide an opportunity for health professionals to review current advances in clinical applications in the fields of radiation oncology, radiation biology and medical physics in order to address the issues of proper cancer treatment in IAEA Member States.

It will also critically examine the key role of new radiotherapy methods in addressing common health challenges in many Member States. The task of the Conference is to determine the current role and future potential of technological, medical-physical and molecular-biological innovations for their inclusion in the usual clinical practice of radiation oncology.
