A press conference on the occasion of launching the project for closure of the legacy radioactive waste burial within the NATO Trust Fund will take place on 26 September 2018.

At the solemn opening ceremony, representatives of Ukrainian agencies and the NATO will present the project for the closure of Tsybuleve burial in the Kirovohrad oblast. This is already the second such project that will be implemented on the territory of Ukraine with the support of the NATO in order to eliminate the threat of the radioactive material spread and its negative impact on the public and the environment.
